Patty is a Client Service Specialist at DeFranco Financial, where she brings a unique blend of leadership, customer service, and life experience to the team. After finishing school, Patty dedicated several years to raising her family and running a successful woodcraft business from home. She also spent many years actively involved in her church, working with women’s and children’s groups.
Patty built a strong foundation in customer service during her 21-year career as a department manager at Macy’s Department Store. Following the store’s closure, she briefly retired before returning to the workforce as the Farm Manager at Rural King, where she combined her professional skills with her personal passion for horses.
When the opportunity arose to join her son, Paul, at DeFranco Financial, Patty embraced a new chapter. Her warmth, attention to detail, and commitment to serving clients make her an invaluable part of the team.
