Each April, Financial Literacy Month is observed to emphasize the importance of financial education and to empower individuals of all ages with the knowledge and tools needed to develop and sustain healthy financial habits.In celebration, we were honored to donate storybooks to over two dozen local elementary schools. These fun and engaging books serve as a great way to introduce young learners to essential money concepts early on. Financial literacy is a lifelong skill, and it’s never too early (or too late) to start building smart money habits! 📚💰💡
With April, also comes Tax Day! Whether you've filed an extension, are anticipating a refund, or are simply relieved it's behind you, it’s undoubtedly a busy season for tax professionals. For the second year in a row, the DeFranco Financial Team delivered a little gratitude to local accountants as they worked their way through tax season. We visited over 14 offices and delivered 36 dozen cookies! We appreciate their hard work and hope the delicious Chocolate Chip Cookies from Sarah's on Main helped fuel them through crunch time. 🍪
